Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ascent Volleyball Club, we strive to provide high-quality programming with consistent scheduling for all participants. Please review our policy regarding missed sessions and cancellations:

1. Missed Classes

We are unable to offer make-up classes, credits, or pro-rated refunds for individual sessions missed due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or other absences.

2. Cancellation & Refund Requests

Refunds are available if requested at least 72 hours prior to the program start date.

  • Credit Method: Approved refunds will be issued as a credit toward future Ascent Volleyball clinics or camps.
  • Late Requests: Requests made within 72 hours of the start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.

3. How to Withdraw

All notices of withdrawal or cancellation must be submitted in writing. Please email your request to ascentvb@gmail.com.

Policy effective as of May 2026. Ascent Volleyball Club reserves the right to modify these terms as needed.
